Our client, based in the City of London, required a full office breakout and collaboration area installation as part of a wider office fit-out. The space needed to support informal meetings, team collaboration, and day-to-day flexibility within a modern open-plan environment. Furniture Installation Services Ltd was appointed to carry out the delivery and professional installation of all specified furniture components, including bespoke banquette seating and booth tables.
Despite limited access details and a tight timescale, our team delivered an outstanding finish, demonstrating flexibility and precision at every stage.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, our team worked closely with the client and their project management representatives to coordinate access, placement, and logistics within a live commercial building. As with all city-centre installations, careful planning was required to navigate restricted delivery windows and access constraints.
All furniture was unpacked, assembled, and installed on-site by our experienced fitters, ensuring everything was positioned accurately according to the client’s space plan and aligned with the surrounding joinery and interior finishes.
Banquette seating: Upholstered in a modern light grey fabric, installed in back-to-back configurations to form functional breakout booths.
Booth tables: Fitted with sturdy black pedestal bases and wood-effect table tops, offering stylish yet practical surfaces for meetings or solo work.
Custom partition walls: Integrated around the booths, these grey cabinet-style structures provide visual separation and a degree of acoustic privacy.
The finished installation offers a clean, cohesive look that balances comfort with functionality. The space now supports a wide range of uses—from quick coffee breaks to informal team sessions—within a layout that maximises both flow and utility. Every element was installed with care and attention to detail, leaving a high-quality finish that reflects the client’s vision.
