Full Office Installation, London, W1
In August, our team was appointed to deliver a complete office furniture installation in the heart of London’s W1 district. The project required precision, efficiency, and a flexible approach to ensure the client’s new workspace was installed to the highest standard and ready for immediate use.
The scope of works included the delivery and installation of:
Bench desking systems designed for collaborative working
Integrated power and cable management, ensuring a clean and functional layout
Ergonomic task chairs for long-term comfort and productivity
Meeting and breakout areas set up to encourage flexibility in how the space is used
Every element was carefully unpacked, assembled, and quality-checked by our experienced team. With large open-plan areas and expansive windows, the layout was designed to maximise natural light while maintaining clear walkways and well-structured work zones.
Working in central London always presents logistical challenges, from timed deliveries to limited access for unloading. In addition, the scale of this installation meant our team needed to coordinate deliveries and assembly in phases to ensure the workspace remained safe and efficient throughout the process.
Close communication with building management and careful scheduling ensured that all furniture arrived on site on time and was installed without disruption to the wider building operations.
