Challenge
Steep, narrow coastal roads blocked HGVs, historic stairwells restricted multi-floor access, and the fit-out ran alongside active trades under a strict July opening deadline.
Solution
We scheduled staggered deliveries using smaller vehicles, applied full floor and wall protection with specialist lifting gear, and ran phased shifts to install 45+ workstations, pods, and seating without disrupting other contractors.
Outcome
The project was completed on schedule with zero site damage or traffic delays, leaving 100% of packaging recycled and the venue fully launch-ready.
